While "born again" Christians believe they have been forgiven by God, most still cling to their shame and regret. That is a shame. I enjoyed the poem; but I challenge the concept that we must forever wear this heavy coat of guilt. Meditation and faith in God has changed my life and allowed me to start life fresh with a better attitude. Studying the words and lessons of Paramansa Yogananda (author of the amazing AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF A YOGI) is, for me, a way to live a better and happier life.
